“How Do You Feel?”
~ Sam Gugino
September 21, 2014

How do you feel? Happy? Sad? Maybe you are so beleaguered you don’t feel anything.  Psychologist Wayne Dyer says how you feel is more important than what you know. Because you could know a lot, or have a lot (money, possessions, success), but if you feel lousy, what’s the point? Alcohol, food, or drugs just cover up why you feel bad. Turning a bad feeling into a good one is important not only for you, but your friends, family and coworkers. And while there is no magic formula, you may be surprised at how many options you have.
