  We Care Update Family Services Homeless ShelterWe have committed to make breakfast on the third Sunday of every month. We have a team of five, but would like more help so we can rotate volunteers. FSA has indicated that the Flu shot is now not mandatory but recommended.  Anybody interested in helping and possibly expanding the program please contact Bernie Griga or Rich Kelly.FSA is amazed about the public support for the “Buck Up Bucks County” campaign and is grateful for all that has been contributed. The Kitchen is due to be modernized in June, which should help our breakfast endeavors.The next third Sunday is 4/21/2013.

  Dear Friends This Sunday I will be in Cherry Hill for the ordination of my friend and colleague, Jennifer Kelleher.  She has given me the honor of leading the congregation in the laying on of hands, a long-standing tradition at ordinations.  I will invite the congregation to reflect on the power of our hands, the way they are our tools in working for love and justice, in offering comfort, in holding one another.  Then I will invite folks to come forward so that those closest to Jennifer can lay their hands on her, while others behind them lay their hands on the people in front, until we are connected as one body, sending loving energy through the human chain we create ...
